About the event
Yall need to sign up for this one! Take a whole lamb home with you!
Choose either the full 2x day where day 1 we take you through humane dispatch of the animal, skinning / dressing and preservation prior to butchering. Then on day 2 you will use your brand new butcher knife set (free to take home) and work with us while we show you how to break down the lamb, wrap and ready for the freezer.
You can choose to be apart of the whole thing OR if the dressing of the animal doesn't fancy you then join us for day 2 and your lamb will be ready for you to process (all nice and clean) :)
This is a great entry level (based on animal size) way to use your new learned skills on all types of animals :)
Come spend the weekend learning how to harvest and use every part of your own lamb in this interactive and hands on clinic. Ideal for any small producer of lamb / goats, or family looking to cut the high price of meat, while following the provincial on farm legislation. If the whole weekend instruction isn't for you, you can also choose to attend one of the days that most interests you! In addition we are also extending a DEEP DISCOUNT for bringing along a partner (from your same household).
