Intro to pressure canning

- Preparing your pressure canner
Prep
- Check, clean and sterilize jars
- Wash and prepare food to be canned
- Prepare pressure canner
Fill Jars
- Fill jars seal and put into canner
- Importance of headspace and syphoning
Pressure Canning
- Adjusting the weight to altitude
