Josée is a young entrepreneurial mother of two, Certified Health Coach and sustainable living enthusiasts. Josée and her husband planted their roots on an acreage near Rimbey AB. where Josée’s passion for preserving homegrown foods, along with creating tallow products, has blossomed. Josée is a self-taught canner and has been practicing for the past 5 years. Additionally, she has been selling her own Bison tallow products since the beginning of 2022. The art of canning and creating tallow products is something she enjoys doing with friends & family, and now is so excited to share and educate other on.
