Seven generations ago, along the way, valued skills and teachings were lost, alongside hard battles with substance. I come from a large family where there were both good times and bad times, but we were always together — we had each other. What we didn’t have was someone to teach us rooted, ancestral skills.

 

I was brought to Cher through what I believe was divine timing. Through tanning and mentorship, she has taught me the importance of reconnecting with my original roots, and shown me that strength and truth can carry you a long way. At 21, I am healing, learning, and consciously working to reconnect the next seven generations. I am deeply passionate about cultivating knowledge passed down from my Kokum, sharing what I learn with others, breaking cycles, and helping bring back old ways in ways that heal.
